Vignoble des Agaises, founded in 2002 in Haulchin, is the first estate in Wallonia dedicated to sparkling wines and now one of the largest vineyard in the country. Wijnkasteel Goenoels-Elderen
The Wijnkasteel, rich in centuries of history, surrounded by 22 hectares of vineyards on a unique calcareous terroir, is run by the Kekko-van Rennes family. With 18 hectares of Chardonnay and 4 hectares of Pinot Noir across five terroirs, the estate produces white, red, and sparkling wines using manual pre-selection and immediate pressing for balance and finesse.
Fermentation and maturation take place in state-of-the-art climate-controlled cellars, using native yeasts from the original cellars and a mix of stainless steel tanks and Burgundy oak barrels. The result is a harmonious blend of tradition, passion, and craftsmanship.

Wine estate Lescrauwaet
Johan Lescrauwaet, who cultivated Christmas trees in Jabbeke since 1990, shifted focus in 2019 to viticulture. The first 1,000 vines were planted, and the hobby quickly grew into a family project, transforming Bloemen Lescrauwaet into the wine estate Lescrauwaet.
By 2023, the vineyard expanded to 5 hectares, growing varieties like Chardonnay, Auxerrois, and Pinot Noir. The focus is on quality, with carefully selected clones to create complex, aromatic wines.
In late 2023, their first wines were released, and a tasting room is set to open in 2025. Current wines include Cuvée Blanc, Chardonnay, and Cuvée Noir.
